This site is provided by Allison's Fun Incorporated ("Allison's Fun Inc.") to describe our event rental services and let you request a quote. Content is for general information and may change without notice. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information or interfere with its operation.

Quotes and bookings

Submitting the quote form is a request for information, not a reservation. Availability, pricing, delivery fees and rental terms are confirmed in writing when we respond, and a booking is only secured once we confirm it and any required deposit is received. Rental agreements, damage, cancellation and weather policies are set out in the rental contract you receive at booking.

Intellectual property

All text, photos, logos and graphics on this site belong to Allison's Fun Inc. or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allison's Fun Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Oklahoma law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cleveland County, Oklahoma.
