A 50-guest seated dinner is usually 6–7 round tables and 50–56 chairs; picnic-style it's 6–7 banquet tables and the same chairs. The total depends on linens, delivery distance and any add-ons, so we quote each job — no surprises on the invoice.
Do you deliver, set up and pick up the tables and chairs?
Yes. We deliver everything, arrange tables and chairs in the layout you want, and pick it all up after the event. You don't need a truck, storage or a volunteer crew.
Can I add linens, a tent or lighting to my order?
Yes — tablecloths, spandex cocktail covers, frame tents, tent lighting, staging, patio heaters and misting fans are all available on the same order and set up by the same crew.
How far ahead should I book tables and chairs?
Large quantities and spring or fall weekends go first, so book as early as you can. Ask about your date either way — we'll tell you right away if we can cover it.
