Rule of thumb: about 10–12 sq ft per guest seated at round tables, 8 sq ft banquet-style, 6 sq ft standing. We confirm the exact size on your quote.

How much does a tent rental cost in Oklahoma City?

What size tent do I need for 50 guests?
For 50 guests seated at round tables you'll want roughly 500–600 sq ft, so a 20x20 is tight and a larger frame tent is comfortable — especially with a buffet or bar. For 50 guests standing or in banquet rows, a 20x20 works. Send us your headcount and layout and we'll recommend the size.
Do you deliver and set up the tent?
Yes — every tent rental is delivered, professionally installed and picked up by our own team. You never handle poles, stakes or ballast. We'll also set up any tables, chairs, lighting or staging you order with it.
Can you set up on concrete or a parking lot?
Yes. Our frame tents don't need center poles and can be secured on grass, gravel, concrete and asphalt. Tell us the surface when you request a quote so we bring the right anchoring.
How far in advance should I book a tent?
Spring and fall weekends fill first. Book as early as you can — a few weeks ahead is ideal for large tents — but ask about your date either way; we'll tell you straight away if we can cover it.
