We've supplied seating for company picnics, school assemblies, church events, groundbreakings and community festivals across the Tulsa area for 30 years — and because we also carry tables, tents and linens, one order covers the whole setup.

How much does it cost to rent chairs in Tulsa?
Chair rental is priced per chair, with delivery based on your location and quantity. Larger orders and combined table-and-chair or tent packages bring the per-item cost down. Tell us your count and address and we'll send an itemized quote — no guessing from a rate card.
Do you deliver and set up the chairs?
Yes. We deliver, place the chairs in the layout you want — rows, around tables, or stacked for you to arrange — and pick them up afterward. You don't need a truck or a volunteer crew.
How many chairs do I need for 100 guests?
For a seated dinner, 100 chairs at 12–13 round tables. For a ceremony or presentation in rows, 100 plus about 10 spares. For a mostly-standing reception, 30–40 chairs is usually plenty. We'll confirm on your quote.
Can I rent chairs without tables or a tent?
Absolutely — chairs alone are a common order for assemblies, ceremonies and overflow seating. If you do need tables, linens or a tent, adding them to the same delivery is the most economical way to get them.
Is it cheaper to buy or rent chairs?
For a one-off event, renting is far cheaper once you count purchase, storage and hauling. Buying only pays off if you'll use the same chairs many times a year and have somewhere to keep them.
